Very poor exchange service, staff not competent. The employee promised that the boss would contact me to exchange the goods, but unfortunately this was not the case. I have never experienced a circus like this at any other store. So I won't leave any more money there.

Very nice staff, but unfortunately there isn't much in my size. One shirt really scratched my neck but I was immediately given a new one. But I still give it 4/5 stars because I was given really good advice.

Very nice service... something traditional for everyone
We have been “regular customers” of Allwerk for years and come specifically from Styria to the factory outlet in Gmunden.
The selection but also the price-performance ratio convinces us every time.
Advice, especially from Ms. Sabine Treml, who we always look forward to with her friendly and courteous manner, is also unique.
I have never received such bad or no advice in a traditional clothing store. Staff would rather gossip than take care of customers. Apparently neither of the women want to sell anything.
The name Allwerk advertises competent and, above all, friendly advice, as well as high quality.
We didn't notice anything!
The product range was too small and the staff was incompetent.
We asked for advice because my partner and I wanted to buy our first traditional costumes.
The blonde lady kept disappearing to chat with her colleague and put away goods. We had to call her again and again, for over an hour.
By the way, goatskin trousers were then sold to us as deer leather trousers. The next day we wanted to return the pants because we saw it on the label and then we were accused of not wanting advice and that she never said that.
Impossible, we will never enter this store again, let alone recommend it to anyone!
Very disappointing as Allwerk is very well known in Austria and we were really looking forward to it. Thank God we have now bought our traditional costumes in a real specialist shop with impeccable advice and friendly staff.
Unfortunately we have to give one star here but in our opinion this shop is not worth a star!
